Our Neighbors' Stories

This winter, representatives from Feeding America came to Maine to record stories for their website and story bank about the toll of hunger on people living in rural communities.  One of Good Shepherd Food Bank's partner agencies they visited was Maine Sea Coast Mission Food Pantry in Cherryfield. There they met Donna, a patron of the pantry who was willing to speak more about her experience with hunger and her dependence on (and gratitude for) the pantry. See more stories from around the country on Feeding America's website.

GSFB Network is a blog for partner agencies of Good Shepherd Food Bank focused on feeding Maine's hungry.
