RECALL Notice: Sausage Product

The USDA has issued a recall notice for Sausage Product from a Wisconsin firm.  Please review the notice outlined in this link.

It is very unlikely that this product made its way to consumers as it is available only to institutions and not in grocery stores.  Still, some consumers may have been exposed, so we feel it's important to alert you.

Please print the USDA notice and post in your program area.
